Reviews

This is fabulous; delicately fragrant aromas of lemon peel, apple blossom, white stone fruit and flint lead to a concentrated and focused palate that is taut and linear with subtle sweetness and racy acidity. The wine offers awesome fruit purity and fine texture, and finishes superbly long and mouth-watering.

SAM KIM - WINE ORBIT

Bright, light straw-yellow colour with slight green hues, pale on the rim. The nose is very fresh and tight with refined and pure, penetrating aromas of limes and lemons along with white florals, and chalky, thirst-quenching minerals. Off-dry to taste and medium-bodied, the palate is taut in concentration with good intensity of pure lime and lemon fruit flavours, entwined with white florals and mineral notes. The palate has refined and deep fruit extract textures and underlying mouthwatering acidity, and flows with positive linearity, leading to a long, dry, nuanced finish showing citrus fruits and minerals. This is a youthfully taut, off-dry Riesling showing pure lime and lemon fruit with florals and minerals, and a mouthwatering, fine-textured palate.

Winemaker's notes

A piroutte - a full turn on the front of one foot. This enticing revelation of grilled lime, pink grapefruit, nectarine skin & peach flesh bursts out with angel eyes. Sustained & defined - and assertive - foot steps in the dark come together - spice & blossom abound.
