Winemaker's Notes
Handpicked fruit was pressed very gently and fermented at very low temps, the wine was aged on fine yeast lees for 4 months with regular stirring adding weight texture and added complexity to the palate. Dry in style with good concentration this wine offers a mix of citrus, pear and spice flavours with an ethereal texture and lengthy finish which adds extra appeal.

A youthful charmer displaying gentle aromas of grapefruit, peach and floral with subtle flinty notes. The palate is juicy and lively with lovely fruit intensity and bright acidity providing a lingering crisp finish. A beautifully framed Pinot Gris that will blossom with time.

Bright straw-yellow colour with hues of green and a pale edge. The bouquet is softly full and gentle with aromas of perfumed, spiced pears and exotic acacia florals, quite densely packed and with real presence. Dryish on palate, fresh, bracing acidity encompasses pear and spiced fruit flavours which fill the mouth. The wine has weight and rounded, unctuous textures which provide depth and drive and a long, fulsome finish of spices and floral flavours. This will be a versatile wine with seafood, chicken and pork over the next 3-4 years.
