Delicately fragrant, the bouquet shows Gala apple, lemon peel, white flower, and ripe strawberry nuances. It's juicy and finely textured in the mouth with excellent vibrancy, finishing long and mouth-watering.

The glass is packed with lush fruit with concentrated flavour, featuring rich floral, and refreshing acidity drives a long, crisp, satisfying finish.

Clear, very pale peach, even colour throughout. The nose is appealing, with aromas of strawberry, raspberry, cherry blossom and rose. Medium-light bodied, dry to taste, with aromas of strawberry and raspberry entwined with cherry blossom, rose and citrus zest. The flavour is concentrated, elegantly fruity, and intermixed with rich floral notes. A touch of sweetness provides palate weight, and refreshing acidity lends a long, crisp finish. Serve as an aperitif or match with sushi over the next 3 years.

Pale salmon in colour with aromas of sweet rhubarb, wild strawberry, raspberry sherbet and watermelon, lifted by floral roses. The palate carries stony mineral freshness with sweet strawberry laces and rose perfume. Dry, fresh and lean, yet elegantly red fruited and floral, with soft acidity keeping it nimble and dancing to the finish.

A silver polish with a delicate pink hue leads to a palate of fresh citrus and white peach, a lick of raspberry leaf then wet stone and chalk. These ideas follow through onto the palate framed by a backbone of acidity, no tannins and a fleshy, fruity core offering plushness and texture. well made, dry and ready with a leesy, slight reductive finish.
