Complex and alluring, the gorgeously expressed bouquet shows wild strawberry, apricot, golden apple, biscotti, and yeasty aromas, followed by a beautifully flowing palate that's plush and mouth-filling. Wonderfully framed by creamy texture and fine acidity, finishing impressively long and expansive. At its best: now to 2033.

Bursting with fresh raspberries, wild strawberry and red cherry, lifted by pink grapefruit, rosehip and a hit of florals. Chalky seashell freshness and a fine, vibrant mousse roll through like a wave, light and dry on the finish. A waxy texture lingers flavoured with a strawberry and rose perfume; all carried on crunchy acidity. Deliciously dry, vibrant and effortlessly classy.

Bright, even, pale peach pink. Consistent and fine bead. This has an alluring bouquet, with aromas of strawberry plum, pastry and custard. Medium-full bodied, aromas of strawberry and plum entwined with baked apple, brioche and caramel custard. The wine shows a depth of flavour, with rich fruit layered over creamy autolysis. A touch of spice and creamy mousse elevate a lengthy, bold finish. Serve as an aperitif or match with beef carpaccio over the next 3-5 years. Aged 12 months on lees, zero dosage.

Mara is a Méthode Traditionelle made from Waiheke fruit, spent 12 months on lees, with zero dosage. The dry palate shows rich flavours and layers in creamy details. Good length and an elegant finish.

This wine is delicious, aromas and flavours of fresh strawberries and summer berries, a fine leesy core and brioche-like autolysis effect. Dry, texture and nicely complex with flavours of strawberry and apricot, baked goods and cherry. The mousse is refreshing and plump with plenty of forceful bubble and texture. Balanced and well made with a moderate finish. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2030.

If the packaging doesn't allure you, the taste most definitely will in Mara - the second traditional method sparkling rosé from Soho, which combines elegance with energy. Light salmon in colour, this wine has aromas of wild raspberry, fresh sourdough and a creamy taste on the crisp, dry finish. It has a long flavoursome finish and a creamy texture.
