This Rosé is pretty in blush pink, a silky flow carried by lively acidity with elegance and pure fruit, leaving a mouth-watering finish.

Bright, even, pale blush pink. The nose is fresh, with aromas of strawberry, raspberry, blossom and watermelon. Medium-light bodied, aromas of raspberry and watermelon, intermixed with orange zest and cherry blossom. It has an elegant, silky texture; gentle, lively acidity carries a refreshing, mouth-watering finish. Serve as an aperitif or match with sushi over the next 3 years.

Pristine and elegantly scented, the bouquet shows watermelon, red apple, apricot, and floral aromas, followed by a finely expressed palate that's juicy and fleshy. Splendidly structured by bright acidity, making it harmonious and fabulously drinkable. At its best: now to 2027.

Here's a dry rosé with charm and freshness in equal measure, thanks to its light rose pink hue and enticing aromas of wild strawberry, watermelon and floral notes. The name Pink Sheep pays homage to mental health charities - as does 50 cents of the sale price of every bottle ($6 per case) of this wine, which goes to mental health charities. This is dry with a light body and depth of flavour that makes it a good choice to enjoy in the sunshine with food such as mushroom paté and sourdough.
