review

This is immediately appealing on the nose with aromas of apricot, rockmelon, poached pear, and jasmine. The palate delivers succulent fruit intensity, a silky texture, and finely pitched acidity, making it splendidly balanced and refreshing with a long, delicious finish.

A fresh, energetic Pinot Gris, packed with ripe fruit and white florals, crisp and dry to taste with a lightly oily texture. Made in stainless steel to show off the purity and freshness.

Delicate and floral, with aromas of honeysuckle, jasmine and soft pear, lifted by a light dusting of spice. Succulent in the mouth, with lovely depth of nectarine and orchard fruit melded into a creamy texture and softness. Medium palate weight, with flowing, balanced acidity carrying the flavours through a long finish, where a sprinkle of spice and a hint of sweetness linger. A delicious quaffer, maybe a little too easy to drink?

review

Bright, even, pale yellow. The nose is full, with aromas of lily, pear, quince and a light spice dusting. Medium-bodied, dry to taste, aromas of pear and quince, intermixed with lily and subtle fennel. This wine is packed with succulent fruit and bloom, elegantly flowing on a lightly oily mouthfeel. Lively acidity lends a crisp, dry finish. Match with sardines and siu mai over the next 3 years. Fermented in stainless steel to 13% alc, 4.5 g/l RS, rested on light lees for 3 months.

review

An aromatic bouquet of fresh yellow apples and green pears, yellow flowers, a mix of white spice and honeysuckle then a fine lees seam suggesting a light-beer quality. Enticing and new. On the palate a satin-cream touch as the wine engages the senses, flavours of pomaceous fruits reflecting the nose, a lick of residual sweetness with a contrasting acid line. Balanced, well made and ready to drink from day of purchase through 2029.
