Bright, even, pale yellow. This has a sweet bouquet, enveloping stonefruit, guava, blossom, nut and creamy elements. Medium-full bodied, aromas of nectarine, pear and a suggestion of guava intertwined with grapefruit zest, roasted hazelnut, spice and custard. The mouthfeel is creamy, fleshy and smooth- flowing, carrying spice and nutty elements to a poised and lingering finish. This elegant Chardonnay is enticing with curves and a smooth mouthfeel with acid tension drives with sweet fruit and nutty details. Match with chicken cashew and white fish beurre blanc over the next 5 years.

Very enticing bouquet with ripe pure fruited scents of peach and white fleshed orchard fruits, citrus and a mix of fruit and barrel spices. Equally enticing on the palate, a taut squeeze as the wine touches the palate, flavours of citrus then peach then fine tannins and acidity to carry flavours and a crisping texture of its own. Well made, quite youthful with some cellar time recommended. best drinking from 2024 through 2029.
