review

Gorgeously composed and elegantly expressed, the wine shows apricot, nougat, cedar, oatmeal and subtle flinty notes on the nose. The palate displays excellent weight and flow, wonderfully complemented by richly textured mouthfeel and juicy acidity. Harmonious, engaging and lingering with delectable flavours. Certified organic. At its best: now to 2030.

Raymond Chan Wine Reviews

review

Bright, even, pale yellow with some depth. The nose is opulent and lifted, with aromas of stonefruit, orchard fruit and blossom melded with almond pastry and vanilla. Medium-bodied, aromas of peach entwined with apple, pear and pear blossom, unfolding pear skin, almond croissant, vanilla and spice. The wine is dry with a clean, crisp flow; refreshing acidity enriched by subtle spice and almond pastry details lends a lean, focused finish. This Chardonnay possesses a pure focus with crisp fruit and acidity, adorned by elegant details of almond and spice. Match with salt-baked snapper and pork lain over the next 5+ years.

review

Powerful bouquet filled with scents of roasted yellow stone fruits and barrel spices, new wood and burnt butter & nut qualities. Very youthful as the wine touches the palate with the oak leading the charge before fruit delivers contrast and flavours of peaches and tropical fruits, some light butterscotch qualities then fresh brazil nut and burnt butter. Dry, weighty and very tasty. Better on day two yet still showing its youthful taut tendencies. Well made with readiness for drinking likely from late 2024 through 2029.
