Raymond Chan Wine Reviews

Bright, pale watermelon-pink, even colour throughout. The nose is softly full and perfumed; aromas of rose petals melded with raspberries, watermelon and citrus, intermix a hint of confectionary. Medium-light bodied, aromas of lemon sherbet, raspberries, watermelon lead by zesty spice and rose petals. The mouthfeel possesses fine-textured phenolics, and thirst-quenching acidity flows to a crisp finish.

It's fabulously fruited and immediately appealing with apricot, Gala apple, watermelon and floral aromas, followed by an elegantly expressed palate offering terrific fruit vibrancy and length. Wonderfully crafted and expressed for gorgeous drinking.

Aromas of light red fruits with cherry and red melon, a distinctive core of chalky mineral and a light white spice layers. Youthful, fresh and vibrant. On the palate - crisp, salivating, refreshing and dry on the finish. Fruit flavours of cherry and red apple then melon and cranberry deliver the core while acidity and mineral salty notes layer in mouthfeel and bite. Best drinking from 2021 and through end of summer 2023.
