Tasting Note

Quintessential Central Otago Pinot Noir, delivering elegance with substance. Hand-nurtured from the sun-drenched, elevated slopes of Bendigo and cooler sub-regions of the Cromwell Basin. Black cherry and ripe boysenberry with smacks of cedar and thyme, complete with a dusting of cocoa and vanilla bean. Opulent and poised, framed by svelte tannins, and a delectably moreish finish. Central Otago Pinot Noir – the epitome of cool climate style.

review

Gorgeously composed and styled, the wine shows sweet cherry, olive, dried mushroom and roasted nut aromas, followed by a finely flowing palate that's juicy and silky. Wonderfully harmonious and structured with beautifully infused tannins, finishing splendidly long and complex. At its best: now to 2032.
