Tasting Note

Sophisticated indulgence where power meets grace. The palate is harmoniously layered with rich cherry, wild strawberries & underlying savoury flavours. Intriguing spice, silky fine tannins & electrifying acidity lead to a superbly sustained finish.

Raymond Chan Wine Reviews

review

Moderate deep ruby-red with good transparency, faintly lighter edged. The nose is full and welcoming, greeted with well-packed aromas of blackberries and plums, dried herbal fragrance and a hint of earth. Medium-full bodied, flavours of blackberries and plums underlined freshness, dried thyme melded with cinnamon and cloves, a touch of earth linger on the finish. The black flavoured fruit echos dried herbs and spices, lively acidity freshen up the palate. Ample fine-grained tannin is velvety with a good grip, provides texture and vitality.

Sam Kim - Wine Orbit

review

Offering enticing aromas of dark berries together with truffle, thyme, charcuterie and almond, the wine displays flavoursome palate that's supple and fleshy. It's seamless and silky with plenty of fine-grained tannins, making it elegantly structured and very long on the finish with spicy/savoury nuances.
