Raymond Chan Wine Reviews

review

Bright, even, pale raspberry-blush pink. The nose is full and expressive, with aromas of rose petals underlying pomegranate, red berry, cherry and a touch of zest. Medium- bodied, aromas of pomegranate, red berry and cherry enriched by rose petals, the zesty element added spice to the finish. The mouthfeel is dusty and smooth, supported by mouthwatering acidity. This fruit has richness and floral fragrance, adding interest. This Rosé is elegant with a red fruit base, and floral details possess a rich, silky palate and zesty acidity. Serve as an aperitif or match with meatballs over the next 2-3 years.

review

Fantastic pink hued appearance with an equally exciting bouquet of fresh raspberry and cherry flesh, red apple skin and raspberry. All these aromas turn into flavour on the palate accentuated by a backbone of acidity and fine fresh texture. Well-made and very new still. best drinking from late 2022 through 2025.
