Bright, even, pale straw-yellow. This has an elegant, voluminous bouquet with aromas of lily overlying pear, stonefruit and fine spice. Medium-full bodied, aromas of ripe pear and stonefruit entwined with dusty spice and lily. The mouthfeel is opulent with an oily texture along with a crisp mineral line. Refreshing acidity drives an attractive, elegant finish. Match with roasted pork and fish over the next 3-4 years.

A silky-cream textured wine with flavours of spiced pear and apple, honeysuckle, and a sandy mineral quality. Acidity offers contrast and texture as well as freshness with white fleshed orchard fruit and squeeze of citrus flavours. A delicious wine with plenty of weight, some spice and gentle youthful tautness. Best drinking from 2023 through 2028+.
